Purim DVD among expanded offerings

In time for Purim, we are now offering our new and improved DVD presentations. In the spirit of the season, consider buying one and offering it as a gift to your favorite group for a presentation on The Art of Purim. Information on this project is found in our Bookstore.
The new DVDs are part of our mission of helping our visitors find a new pathway to appreciate Jewish culture as well as gain a better understanding of the holiday -- whether by attending services or some other meaningful way.
We are also busy planning for our next project, a film on the Art from the Jewish World.
Also, please follow JAE on Twitter and Facebook to learn about more of our activities -- and support our project with a year-end donation. Your continuing participation in our important work is essential to our success.

A Unique Approach to Jewish Culture
Judaism has a rich artistic tradition, dating back more than 3500 years. Jewish artworks not only have their own intrinsic value as visual art but also are a living expression of the Jewish experience. Yet, this wonderful expression of Jewish life is underappreciated and seldom examined.
Through our expertise, JAE will bring alive this complex and rich Jewish art experience through the Internet, in visual productions that will broaden everyone's understanding of the Jewish world and instill new pride in the Jewish people.
At the center of this project is noted art educator Myrna Teck, PhD, who is dedicated to increasing and disseminating knowledge of the Jewish people through the fascinating story of Jewish art. Over history, it has both inspired and impacted the Jewish experience.
This is an important project offering every person a unique entry into the richness of the 3500 year-old Jewish culture.
